Will there be a cancellation fee if I change my mind?

| How and when are transaction and program fees deducted? |
Your customer pays processing fee at the time of sale. The total your customer pays is deducted daily. You receive 100% of all sales. You no longer have a deduction for transaction fees at month-end. Your only deduction will be the $29.95 program cost. |
Only debit card transaction are deducted + the $29.95 program fee. This happens at the end of the month. |

By treating debit cards the same as you would cash or check you can promote this form of payment as a cash alternative. While you still pay for this, the transaction costs is less. Because dentists report almost no complaints, we do recommend dual pricing and eliminating BOTH credit and debit card costs. |
| How do the terminals work and is it easy for my staff? |
It's easy. Your staff keys in the amount of your charge. The terminal shows the credit price with the fee which is communicated to your patient. Your gateway shows both the amount of your charge and the fee broken out for easy reconciliation for your staff. |
Our terminal recognizes the type of card inserted. If it is a debit card, no fee is charged. If it is a credit card it grosses up the total to the credit price. |
